Solution Stream operates as a ‘virtual company’ centred on four full time permanent employees, with the ability to draw on a large variety of subject matter professionals, who can supplement and enhance the core skills required for any particular assignment.

The range of assignments that in the past have generated a need for supplementary skills include personal image consulting; strategic planning; leadership team building; specific skill development (customer service, communication, marketing and finance).

Our intention is to ‘break the mould’ of traditional coaching and consulting by making it available to a broader population, outside of the corporate environment in which it is currently seated.  Our values dictate that coaching and consulting services should be accessible by anyone who feels the need, irrespective of price, which has often proved to be the main barrier.
